When you get to know your coworkers by how they live their life, relationships start to flourish. When you know your coworkers on a more personal level they work better together and will support/help each other which will bring more success to your company.
So having a bring your pet to work day, or MTV cribs, or show and tell. Are great ideas to incorporate a piece of their home life to their work life.

Do you think you are the only person in the Zoom meeting searching other people’s surroundings? Create a challenge to post what you can find in the group. At the end the end of the session tally up the findings, the winner belongs to the person who names the most without repeat. Extend this to make a weeklong team competition. At the end of the week the winning team is the one that came up with the most differences.
Great way to keep each other driven, focused and engaged!

A virtual team could play a create the story game by continuing in each other’s story and building one big story. For instance the first person will start with a sentence and the next person will tell the next sentence and so on.
