We had a fantastic time on our tour! The guides were very flexible with the fact that our group was running late. The tour was definitely more informative than I thought it might be, which might sound silly but it was really balanced between fun and educational. Frank is the BEST!! But I heard from the other groups that they enjoyed their guides, too.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what a group of mostly senior citizens from southern Utah were going to think about this experience. But I heard nothing but positive comments from the whole group. They really had fun and enjoyed the fast pace tour through such a big museum.
The refreshments at the end worked really well. We were all ready for a drink and a sit! Loved the group photos, too.
Lastly, the guides were really awesome about hanging out afterwards and even offering to show people objects that we missed or going back through to see certain areas we bypassed. I thought it was really cool that they were interested in more than giving our group tour, but also our overall museum experience. (Compared to our guided tour of MoMA, where the guide didn’t even take us back to the main floor, but just left us abruptly on the top floor—didn’t even entertain questions!)
Thanks for organizing us and working through contract language and Mormon-friendly beverages!
