“It was exactly what I wanted for us and exactly what we needed. The directions were perfect and I think the moment we walked in the back door, we zeroed in on Zak and said that’s going to be our tour guide and this is going to be awesome!!! He was so accommodating, as an example we needed to use the bathroom so he said fine, we’ll start the tour at the bathroom! He was so cute the way he incorporated some of our major tag lines and catch phrases. Zak’s personality is infectious and the fact that he loves his job shines through. The entire group has different personalities yet he was able to engage every single one of us. We could not believe 2 hours had gone by! It was also really nice to see how he interacted with the museum staff and how respectful of them he was. He even helped us find a restaurant! Ridiculously smart is a great way to describe him, he has a different kind of intelligence that is wonderful but to have that out of the box intelligence and to be that personable….that’s a unicorn!”
